World Vision, a global Christian organization with over 70 years of experience, is seeking a passionate recent graduate to join our team in Zimbabwe! We work in nearly 100 countries to help vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience a brighter future.

About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to support World Vision Zimbabwe’s technology infrastructure. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our systems run smoothly, allowing staff to focus on what matters most – children.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support, resolving technical issues related to applications, data, and processes.
  • Help manage the service desk, responding to user requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ICT equipment, including computers, servers, and software.
  • Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Install and support endpoint security measures across the organization.
  • Document best practices for technical processes.

We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop your tech skills.
  • Basic understanding of Service Management and ITIL framework.
  • Experience in customer support, networking, helpdesk, and device management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to the field occasionally.
