Every country needs a traffic officer to maintain traffic safety and efficiency on the roads in order to protect its citizens. If you want to enrol in a traffic officer course, then here’s where you can enrol in South Africa.
The requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- No criminal record.
- Code B driving licence ( manual transmission)
- A medical certificate states that a person may do strenuous exercises.
- Applicants shall not be older than 35 years of age.
If you meet the above-mentioned requirements and become employed as a traffic officer trainee, you will be sent to one of the 14 traffic colleges approved by the Minister of Transport.
