Irish Police Jerusalema Dance Challenge Takes The Internet By Storm
It’s been a while since the Jerusalema Dance Challenge has taken over the world by storm, and it’s not not over till it’s over!
The Irish Police, better known in Irish as ‘An Garda Síochána’ or Gardai did some serious representation on their Jerusalema Dance Challenge.
This follows after last month the Swiss Federal Police performed their own Jerusalema Dance Challenge and issued a challenge to to the the Gardai.
The dance challenge is meant to uplift the spirits of of the public during the lockdown, brought about by the coronavirus pandemic.
For a while the Irish police have been sighted training across the country, in order to answer to the challenge given by the Swiss and the result is wild.
An Garda Síochána decided to do theirs is style, with the participating members dancing at the beaches , the castles, the rooftops and the countryside. There were also horses involved, doing the dance.
It really is spectacular, how they managed to pull it off.
The Gardai really nailed the typical dance routine and went on to add the Eire flavor with the Irish dances as well.
The good thing is, they were also sure to observe social distancing with their routine.
The Irish Police announced their video which they captioned.
“Gardaí across Ireland answered the call to give the public we serve a lift in these challenging times.”
“Now that An Garda Síochána stepped up to the challenge, the public now have the floor.”
