Goal Zimbabwe is a Non – Governmental Organisation that started operations in Zimbabwe (2002). It was implementing the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in response to a food security crisis. GOAL has implemented various projects across three main sectors which are Food Security and Livelihoods, Health and Nutrition and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene. A lot has been done in Mashonaland West and Manicaland Provinces.

Internal Audit and Risk (Harare)
Requirements:
- At least a University graduate with, background in, management, administration, finance or related field.
- At least 2 years related experience (finance, accounting, compliance etc. Audit experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent computer skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
- Ability to learn new systems and IT software quickly and effectively
- Organized and flexible, able to respond to changing priorities

Monitoring and Evaluation -Protection and Accountability (Marondera)
- BA degree in Psychology, Development Studies, Counseling, sociology or social work
- At least 3 years of experience in the same/similar role in another organization or association;
- Demonstrated technical expertise in accountability and protection monitoring and responses for vulnerable urban households;
- Experience in working with women, children, specific needs groups and case management programs;
- Expertise in Psychosocial support, child protection & GBV protection principles desirable

Senior MEAL Officers x 2 (Harare & Marondera)
Requirements:
- University degree in Social Science of Social studies or equivalent experience in monitoring and evaluating programs with a component of statistical analysis or mathematics preferred.
- Postgraduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation is desirable
- Minimum five years previous M&E experience in the humanitarian and development sector
- Demonstrable experience with participatory, quantitative and qualitative methods
- Proven analytical report writing skills in English (required) and proven ability to give attention to detail

Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or equivalent
- Evidence of maturity and experience in cash transfers, market-based livelihoods interventions and working in urban programs (at least 3 years)
- Understanding of safeguarding and mainstreaming principles and experience of working on such issues

- At least five years’ experience in implementing cash programming in rural and urban areas with partners
