The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) is seeking passionate, experienced, and dedicated individuals to fill key coaching and technical staff positions for our national youth football teams. We are looking for candidates who are committed to developing the next generation of football talent in our country.

Available Positions

  1. Head Coach – Under 15 Boys Team
  2. Head Coach – Under 15 Girls Team
  3. Head Coach – Under 17 Boys Team
  4. Head Coach – Under 17 Girls Team
  5. Head Coach – Under 20 Boys Team
  6. Head Coach – Under 20 Girls Team
  7. Assistant Coaches (All Age Groups and Genders)
  8. Goalkeeping Coaches (All Age Groups and Genders)
  9. Fitness and Conditioning Coaches
  10. Physiotherapists
  11. Team Doctors
  12. Analysts
  13. Team Managers (All Age Groups and Genders)

Key Responsibilities

i. Scout and assemble players throughout the country and select a National Team

i. Develop and implement training programs that will create a tactical synergy that will enhance performance.

lil. Plan and conduct training sessions, matches, and tournaments. iv. Scout and assess talent for the respective age groups.

v. Collaborate with other coaching staff to maintain a cohesive training and development philosophy. vi. Provide mentorship and guidance to players and assistant coaches. vii. Participate in ongoing professional development and education.

Qualifications

Head Coaches – CAF A OR CAF B LICENCE a must.

Assistant Coaches – CAF B or CAF C LICENCE a must.

Goalkeeper Coaches – Goalkeeper Coaching qualification (CAF B or CAF C) a must.

Fitness and Conditioning Coaches – Relevant qualification(s) a must.

Team Managers – CAF C Licence or Zifa Level 3 and 4 certification and relevant experience

  • Passion for the game and dedication to nurturing young talent.
