The Broadcasting Authority Of Zimbabwe has announced 4 vacancies and application are invited from qualified candidates to fill the vacancies.
Tenure; Twelve (12) months contract subject to renewal
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyzing of program content to ensure compliance with the Act, License conditions, regulations and other relevant statues
- Preparing compliance reports and making recommendations to the Supervisor
- Providing regular feedback and liaising with the licenses on compliance matters
- Compiling and preparing information for investigations in case of any violations or non-compliance with licence terms and conditions, regulations or other relevant statutes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Media studies, Communication, Journalism or any related field
- A Degree in a related field is an added advantage
- The candidate should be fluent in either of the mentioned above languages
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Accounts Clerk
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above position that has arisen within the Authority.
REQUIREMENT
- Higher National Diploma in Financial Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- A Degree in Accounting or equivalent shall be an added advantage
- Knowledge of an Accounting Package is a must, while knowledge of Pastel system is an added advantage
- Should be self-driven
- Creative and innovative
Human Resources and Administration Officer (Grade D3)
The Authority seeks to recruit a suitably qualified individual to fill the above position that has arisen within the organisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- IPMZ, professional qualification is a must
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources systems, and recruitment process is a must.
- Knowledge of Belina payroll an added advantage
- Knowledge of Pension Fund Administration is an added advantage
