  Legal Officer

  Accountabilities

  • Main accountability 1 Ensures proper filing and keeping of all original legal documents in a safe place
  • Main Accountability 2: Liaises with and supervises the external lawyers to ensure that the company’s legal position and legal rights are protected and defended.
  • Main Accountability 3: Overall management of the legal and insurance portfolio of the Company and/or its affiliates to ensure the Company’s interests are always protected
  • Main Accountability 4: Company’s compliance and/or its affiliates with statutes, applicable laws, regulations and administrative rules
  • Main Accountability 5: Liaises with all relevant regulatory bodies on all regulatory matters concerning the Company’s operations

  MAINTENANCE & PROJECTS ENGINEER

  Profil du candidat

  Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree.

  Minimum Of 3-years Experience.

  Activités

  • Compiles project or major maintenance works cost estimations
  • Carries out the project scope and feasibility studies
  • Carry out administrative works, e. g. approval write up, order and payment processes
  • Prepares the implementation program for each project in compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Follows up on works, i.e.does site visits, prepares minutes of site meetings, tracks the project schedule, controls cost and quality and periodically trains contractors on prevention plans, work permits and on site work control
  • Prepares the technical and commercial specifications for equipment and services in line with Total standards and norms
  • Documents the budget control per project for both commitments and liquidations.
  • Writes reports.
  • Carries out any other business as may be delegated by the hierarchy.
