UNISA Students Called To Reapply For An Exam Rewrite
With the coming of the Covid-19 pandemic, everything has changed and nearly everything is now being done online. Also being hit by load shedding in the middle of an exam many students across the country were affected, but institutions such as UNISA have come up with a solution.
Applications are open for Unisa students who were not able to write their November 2021 examinations due to load shedding.
Applications are also open for those who had deferred examinations to write in the January/February 2022 window.
However, students received error messages when trying to submit their applications to aegrotats@unisa.ac.za.
The university says that the matter has been resolved. Affected students may re-submit their applications.
Those who would like to resubmit their aegrotat exam applications can follow the steps below:
- Login to myUnisa and go to MyAdmin.
- Select the examination timetable on Assessment Admin.
- Click on Display to view your Oct/Nov timetable.
- Click on “Apply for AegrotatExamination” and enter the details required. You are required to attach supporting documentation; an affidavit may suffice.
- Unisa students were not the only ones affected by this.
