This innovative model aims to fast-track Inclusive and Sustainable Industrial Development (ISID) by uniting stakeholders within a comprehensive framework.
The PCP orchestrates and harmonizes cooperation among various development partners, encompassing loan and grant support, local and foreign investment, and more.

The PCP’s influence extends across two pivotal intervention areas:
- Agro Value Chain Development: Forging linkages with the tourism sector.
- Industrial Diversification, Innovation, and SEZ Development: Fostering diversification, innovation, and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) advancement.
These dynamic interventions are bolstered by five crosscutting dimensions, including industrial policy and statistics, quality infrastructure, sustainable energy, circular economy principles, and empowerment of women and youth.

- Experiencing the core functions of UNIDO’s Field Office in Cambodia.
- Engaging in on-the-job training and assisting with specific tasks under the guidance of UNIDO experts.
- Undertaking a comprehensive desk review of development projects aligned with PCP’s priorities, such as trade competitiveness, digital innovation, and SME development.
- Contributing to thematic working groups, facilitating exposure events, and participating in virtual meetings.

Qualifications and Opportunities Await

- Age: A minimum of 20 years on the first day of the internship.
- Education: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree program in fields related to development, social science, economics, or business administration.
- Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English, with Khmer language skills highly desirable.
