Sales Budget Achievement

Achieving sales budget targets is a core responsibility. This involves white products, lubricants, and SFS. The Territory Manager will strive for an 85% achievement rate in the critical areas of Top Service and plot/station prospecting.

Control of Business and Assets

TotalEnergies emphasizes the need to maintain control over business and assets. This includes responsibilities like MLA renewal, stock controls, sales controls, and diligent follow-up on audits. Monitoring credit terms, especially ensuring a 7-day window for Retail, is vital.
