1. (Associate) Investment Officer: Advancing Global Finance with Expertise Selection Criteria
- MBA, master’s degree in finance, or equivalent.
- 4-8 years of relevant work experience in emerging markets, with a plus for sector-specific experience.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in structuring various financial instruments (debt and equity).
- Excellent client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and French; experience in Africa is a bonus.
2. Associate Investment Officer: Driving Projects from Conception to Investment Selection Criteria
- Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project and/or program development, with a preference for Project Finance and/or Corporate Finance expertise.
- Proven ability to develop business models, integrating market analysis and financial planning for C-suite level management and Board members.
- In-depth understanding of sectors such as Energy, Municipal Infrastructure, Transport, Telecommunications, Media, and Technology.
- Familiarity with IFC Sustainability Framework and Performance Standards.

- Capacity for innovation, business development, and project/program creation.
- Proficiency in engaging with stakeholders, private sector clients, and government entities.
3. Associate Syndications Officer: Facilitating Global Loan Market Growth Selection Criteria:
- MBA or equivalent in finance with 4-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in emerging markets.
- Extensive exposure to the syndicated loan market, corporate finance, project finance, capital markets, and swaps.
- Experience with loan documentation and credit issues for private sector companies and projects in developing countries.
- Familiarity with market intelligence research tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence clients/partners positively.
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated team player.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and collaborate in a global organization with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
