There are so many things that people skip when going to study abroad, some of the things which are very crucial and can make your stay an unpleasant one. This article will give you at least four things to look at.
1. Language Or Languages
Before taking that flight to the new school know the language that is used in that country, this will help you in making friends and easy communication with lecturers.
Even knowing the most basic of phrases in the local language can make a world of difference in overcoming those first few days of adjustment.

2. Research Your Destination’s Local Customs, Culture, and People
Take some time to familiarize yourself with your study abroad country by knowing even briefly about culture, history, geography, economy, government etc.

3. Visit a Doctor
Plan on visiting your doctor and getting a physical checkup before you leave to ensure you are in good health. Bring along a copy of your medical records in case of an emergency overseas.
