Midlands State University Seeks Administrative Assistant for Registry Department
Midlands State University (MSU) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join its Registry Department as an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, and the public, answering inquiries and providing guidance on regulations and procedures.
- Assist with student recruitment activities.
- Process and prepare sessional examination results for various academic boards.
- Act as secretary for faculty and university committees.
- Maintain administrative procedures related to student registration, teaching, and assessment, utilizing the university’s student database.
- Provide administrative support to faculty staff and students regarding regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a university or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
