Support Survivors of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence

The Feminist Support Trust (FST) is seeking a passionate Case Management Officer to join our team in Beitbridge. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting survivors and raising awareness about sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV).

About the Role:

  • Provide support and follow-up to survivors of SGBV in the community.
  • Conduct community interventions and training sessions on SGBV, sexual reproductive health & rights (SRHR), and children’s rights.
  • Raise awareness about SGBV, SRHR, and children’s rights.
  • Represent FST at district meetings.
  • Collaborate with community leaders and other stakeholders to prevent and respond to SGBV.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Social science degree (Social Work or Psychology preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on SGBV issues.
  • Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years’ experience driving manual vehicles).
  • Fluent communication in Venda and Ndebele.
  • Strong computer literacy.
