Sterling Hotels, a premier hospitality company, seeks talented individuals to fill two exciting positions: Store clerk and Accounts Clerk.

If so, we encourage you to apply for our Stores Clerk position! This fast-paced role offers the opportunity to directly interact with guests, ensure a well-stocked and inviting store environment, and contribute to the smooth operation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with purchases, answer questions, and resolve any concerns they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance by restocking shelves and performing cleaning tasks.
- Receive and process shipments, manage inventory, and keep the stockroom organized.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills – a smile goes a long way!
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
Calling All Accounting Whizzes!
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy ensuring financial accuracy? Then our Accounts Clerk position might be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, banking, and reconciliations.
- Participate in stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Analyze stock variances and prepare reports.
- Update and maintain the fixed asset register and accounting documents.
- Assist with procurement tasks.
- Ensure adherence to all internal control procedures.
- Verify the accuracy of deliveries against invoices and delivery notes.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports.
- Participate in company audits and budgetary control processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and utility requirements to avoid service disruptions.
- Process payments and handle other lawful duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
