- Make And Confirm Reservation For Guests
- Ensure Proper Room Allocation

Barman/Waiters
Responsibilities
- Stocking service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
- Being present in the service area to welcome and serve guests that require services.
- Taking and serving food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products as per SOPs
- Ensuring orders are delivered to guests as per meal item standards.
- Cleaning restaurant floors, tables and equipment in preparation for service.
- Delivering guest bills and changes to guests/customers.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications And Experience Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- 5 O Levels including English Language
- National Certificate in Hotel Catering
