Murewa Rural District Council, pacesettler  in investment courtship, promotion and retention, is offering a limited number of commercial and residential stands in Murewa Growth Point upon meeting minimum expectations derived from completed interview form;

1) Commercial Stands Average Size-180m2
2) High Density Stands Average Size – 210m2
3) Medium Density Stands Average Size – 600m2
4) Low Density Stands Average Size – 1000m2

 

General Offer Terms And Conditions 

1. Interested developers to fill in an interview form obtained upon paying an interview fee of US$37

2.If not on Council’s waiting list, applicants are required to join the waiting list first before obtaining an interview form

3. Stands are to be offered on a first come first served basis on the condition that the applicant meets the minimum expectations for allocation of a stand

4. Applicants are required to request interview forms via email (murewardc@gmail.com) or can collect a copy from office upon payment of the application fee and joining the waiting list

NB: Those already on the waiting list to renew their interest as some of these allocations will be from the waiting list
