Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Graduate Trainee Support x2 (Harare)
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems or similar is preferred.
- At least 1 year experience working as help desk support, IT support or similar role.
- 25 years and below.
- Knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications and Desktop Operating Systems.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues including DNS, and email routing.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn fast.
- Customer Oriented.
