Job Description
Posts of Secretary–cum–Bookkeeper are now available within the National Employment Council for the Security Industry of Zimbabwe (NECSIZ) at both the Harare and Bulawayo Offices.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reception and secretarial duties Bookkeeping and administrative duties.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements for the office.
- Receipting and banking.
- Registering new security companies.
- Following up on companies for payment of NEC Levies.
- Registering complaints and updating Designated Agent’s diary.
- Prepare payments.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least a Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent with a minimum 2.2 degree classification.
- A pass in &Level Mathematics with a B or better.
- Have basic knowledge of the Security Industry.
- Be aged between 25 and 35 years.
