
Sasol is inviting South African youths to apply for their Learnship programme for 12 months. The programme will offer a theoretical element aligned to an NQF Learnship programme and onsite experience that will improve the skills and performance of learners. It gives foundational skills in literacy, computer, communication, numeracy and business principles.
The Learnship programme is suitable for Grade 12 qualified people to develop professional skills. The practical component Learners will give administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments in general as work readiness preparation.
The theoretical component will cover:
- Business Operations
- Entrepreneurship
- Business Accounting
- Customer Service
- Communication skills
- Maths Literacy
- Computer Skills
