Procurement Clerks x2 And Risk Clerks x2 Are Needed At Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority
PROCUREMENT CLERK (C2) X 2 (Head Office)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the above position that has arisen in the Procurement Management Unit at Head Office. The incumbents
will report to the Procurement Administrator.
Duties (Responsibilities):
Prepares purchase orders and sends copies to suppliers,
Determines if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials
when necessary,
Responds to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations,
Contacts suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve
shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems,
Creates and maintains purchasing files and price lists,
Tracks deliveries and makes sure the company receives exactly what was ordered from suppliers,
Captures orders and keeps records of all orders raised
Essential qualifications and skills for the job:
Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management, Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
Ability to work in a team,
Computer literacy,
Good communication and inter-personal skills,
2 years’ experience in the procurement field.
Clean Class 4 drivers’ license

RISK CLERK X2
The Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority seeks innovative and vibrant individuals to join the Risk Department at our Head Office. The incumbents will be reporting to the Risk Manager.
Duties (Responsibilities)
Assists in identifying potential risk to the organisation,
Assists to assess and analyse risk and to develop alternatives,
Assists in the formulation and review of risk policy,
Assists in preparation of board packs,
Carries out Ad-hoc assignments,
Compiles monthly, quarterly and annual departmental reports,
Carries out any other duties as may be assigned by the superiors.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
Degree in Risk Management,
Ability to work with minimum supervision,
Ability to work under pressure,
Ability to understand how organisational systems operates
Able and willing to work out of office for long periods,
Ability to maintain confidentiality,
Ability to meet deadlines,
Computer literacy,
Hard working,
Minimum of 1 year Risk related experience.
