The Role: Social Behaviour Change Manager

Responsibilities and Objectives

The successful candidate will take on key responsibilities, including leading the effective generation and utilization of research, data, and evidence to inform the design and monitoring of SBC programs. The role involves applying innovative approaches to SBC interventions, creating SBC content materials, and strengthening the capacity of PSZ in SRHR.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science/Behavioral Sciences, Marketing, or a relevant field. A Master’s degree in public health, medicine, management, or social sciences is an added advantage. A minimum of five years of experience in SBC, project management, and community engagement is preferred.
