Plan International Zimbabwe Seeks Enumerators for Manicaland Program
Plan International, a leading advocate for children’s rights and equality for girls, is seeking qualified candidates to join their enumerator database for the Manicaland program area (Mutare, Mutasa, Chipinge, and Chimanimani districts).
Who can Apply?
- Young people or recent graduates residing in the project area communities.
- Individuals with a degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, or a related field (advantageous).
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect high-quality data for program monitoring and decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality, especially for sensitive information.
- Attend data collection training to uphold ethical data-gathering practices.
- Collect data from program participants as per sampling methods and Plan International standards.
- Enter collected data into designated systems promptly.
- Manage and utilize data collection devices responsibly.
- Possess strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Fluency in English and the relevant local district language is essential.
- Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
