- Internal Control Officer (Full-Time, Harare)
- Nurse Counselor (Full-Time, Gwanda)
- Outreach Nurse (Full-Time, Gokwe)

CeSHHAR Zimbabwe is dedicated to reducing HIV transmission and acquisition by providing essential services to key populations. They work collaboratively with the MOHCC and NAC to implement the National Sex Work Programme.

Internal Control Officer
- Ensure strong internal control environments and minimize risks
- Develop and implement internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices
- Conduct risk assessments and internal control reviews
- Perform internal audits and investigate potential issues
- Provide training and guidance to employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (preferred)
- CIA, CPA or CISA certification (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing, internal controls, or risk management
- Strong understanding of internal control principles and frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Nurse Counselor/Outreach Nurse
- Deliver high-quality SRH, HIV, and AIDS services to key populations
- Perform Rapid HIV testing, STI screening and treatment, and family planning services
- Provide pre-test, post-test, and risk-reduction counseling
- Conduct Index Contact Tracing
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
- Maintain accurate medical records and compile reports
Qualifications
- Diploma/BSc in General Nursing with valid practising certificates
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in HIV prevention, treatment, and care for key populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in counselling and data entry is a plus
