Job Description

1. Leadership and Communication:

  • Communicate sales and operational targets to staff.
  • Enforce internal controls and effective cash management processes.

2. Monitoring and Achieving Targets:

  • Monitor branch targets and sales growth.
  • Implement strategies to achieve business objectives and profitability.

3. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure staff adherence to operational and legislative requirements.
  • Take corrective action to address non-compliance and mitigate risks.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Track and follow up on client comments, complaints, and compliments.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to retain clients.

5. Operational Efficiency:
