Notice To All Midlands State University Students And Proposed Dates For Re-opening Of The Semester
Midlands State University is no longer opening on the 4th of January 2021 as communicated before. The opening date has been moved to Monday the 11th of January 2021 for the cohort that was commencing on the 4th of January 2021. All students at Gweru Campus will be accommodated upon payment of full fees and accommodation fees. For the Zvishavane Campus, we have limited accommodation.
For the other cohorts the roadmap has been adjusted as indicated below:

We have realised that most students have not registered. The registration deadline is 11 January 2021 and students who fail to register within the stipulated time can defer studies without prejudice on their period of study. Please take this opportunity to regularise your registration. Kindly take note that it is mandatory to upload proof of payment to your eLearning platform for the system to register you. Students are registered automatically upon payment of full fees. Proof of payment should indicate registration number, full name, and phone number.
Examinations
All level 1.1 students will come for face-to-face revision and examinations from 22 February 2021 to 05 March 2021.
All level 2 students from Faculties of Commerce and Education and Arts come for face-to-face revision and examinations from 08 March to 19 March 2021.
All level 2 students from Faculties of Law, Natural Resources Management and Agriculture Science and Technology and Social Sciences and Engineering and Geosciences come for face-to-face revision and examinations from 22 March to 02 April 2021.
All level 4 students from all faculties come for face-to-face revision and examinations from 05 April 2021 to 16 April 2021.
The 2021 first semester will commence on 26 April 2021
