Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Nash Furnishers and its retail branches. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and foster company growth.
Leadership and Team Management
Lead and inspire a diverse team of managers and employees to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Financial Performance
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost management to maintain profitability and sustainable business practices.
Market Analysis and Strategy
Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Devise effective strategies to stay ahead in the competitive furniture industry.
Innovation and Compliance

Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager, preferably in the furniture manufacturing, retail industry, or FMCG. Proven leadership skills, a strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, and excellent strategic planning capabilities are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required (Master’s is an advantage).
