Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) is looking to recruit a Freight Estimator to provide estimate charges for new and existing clients. The Freight Estimator will be responsible from receiving the request for an estimate from a client or colleague up to submission to the client.

Driver C1/Code 10
To manage the airfreight import and export product services to clients. To manage all aspects of the airfreight delivery / collection requirements. Deliver a customer service in line with OTIFNE. Maintain sound relationships with internal and external clients, third party service providers and other stakeholders ensuring solid platform for future growth. Ensure consistent service excellence and add value. Look after Company vehicle, carry out daily inspection checks and complete check sheets. Complete daily delivery schedules.

Assistant Controller X2
Taking control of the import files, once the Controllers have pre-registered the files.
Ensure proactiveness, and very high levels of communication to both clients, internally and 3rd party Service Providers.
This role is the back office for the full function of Imports, from registration, Cargo dues processing, DI to Transporter, release and payment to Carriers and/or Groupage Agents, costing of Transport, and preparation of final invoice for the client, all before the cargo has been delivered to the client.
