The Real Housewives of Durban is where it’s happening!
The latest housewife to make her debut is Nonkanyiso Conco.
When the cast of Real Housewives of Durban was announced, Nonkanyiso Conco was among the names of women, who would be entertaining us with their lifestyles.
Nonkanyiso Conco finally made her much anticipated appearance, which was punctuated by sass, elegance, shade and some epic clap backs.
LaConco as Nonkanyiso is known as, has some sassy lines to introduce the her character.
“I am very young. I can make my own money.
“My style is elegant and subtle. I don’t want to look like a Christmas tree. I actually prefer to smell like money.”
When one of the housewives said she didn’t know who she was, LaConco told her to take several seats and Google her because everyone knows who she is.
“Google me because you know exactly who I am… You cannot say you’ve never heard of Nonkanyiso Conco. You would be lying, if not uJesu angabuya nge skateboard (Jesus would return on a skateboard)” she snarked.
To all those who have forgotten, LaConco grabbed the headlines in 2018 when she got engaged to former president Jacob Zuma.
Nonkanyiso also got pregnant by Zuma who is in a polygamous marriage and was expected to become his new wife, but they split in 2020.
However LaConco is not pushing around Zuma’s name, she is also a business woman in her own right as she had managed to get a name for herself in the influential circles of Durban.
Looks like things are about to get very interesting indeed on RHOD, which trended over the weekend, with the introduction of LaConco.
