HOW TO ENROLL
Ready to start your aviation journey? Before you can take to the skies, you’ll need to pass a medical exam in South Africa, conducted by a certified aviation medical practitioner. Once you’re there, you’ll also tour our flight school and, best of all, take an introductory flight where you’ll be in the pilot’s seat with an instructor by your side.
To embark on this adventure, simply register with us and pay the enrollment fee.
ENROLLMENT FEE DETAILS
Your enrollment fee of $800 covers everything you need to get started:
- Aviation Chest X-ray by a Radiologist
- Aviation Medical Class 2 Certificate
- Introductory Flight
- Return Bus Ticket to South Africa
- Self-catering Accommodation
- School Enrollment
You can pay the full amount upfront or in monthly instalments of $200 from August to December 2024. The deadline for payment is 2 December 2024.
TRAINING OUTLINE
Your pilot training is divided into two main sections:
1. Ground School Training (Theory): From January 6 to June 20, 2025, you’ll immerse yourself in six months of classroom learning. Our expert instructors will guide you through eight essential subjects: Meteorology, Navigation, Air Law, and more. Classes will be held at our Harare office:

Cost: $350 per month (due by the 1st of each month), which includes:
- Textbooks and study materials
- Theory training
- Eight examination sittings
- Self-catering accommodation and school transport in South Africa during the exam period
2. Flight School Training (Practical): After completing ground school, you’ll move on to the skies. You’ll need to complete a minimum of 45 hours of flight training, including:
- 25 hours of dual flight training with an instructor
- 15 hours of solo flight, including cross-country navigation
- Practical flight and navigation skills test
- 5 hours of Basic IF Simulator training
