- Duration and Compensation
- Enjoy a full-time, on-site employment experience lasting 6 months at the World Economic Forum New York office.
- Flexible start dates between September 1 and October 15, 2023.
- Receive a competitive monthly gross compensation of USD $4000.
- Access all necessary technological equipment, including a laptop and mobile phone.
- Please note that this program does not offer relocation support.

Why We’re Hiring
- We are seeking a highly qualified Early Careers Program (ECP) candidate to provide ongoing research support and analysis for various initiatives and communities, both in the US and China.
- The selected candidate will take on a range of responsibilities, including project and community management, research and content curation, stakeholder development, and operational support.
- Key qualifications and experience include a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or international affairs (Master’s preferred) and at least 1 year of internship or professional experience in financial services, research, or management consulting.

- They exhibit a self-starting, flexible, team-oriented attitude with a solution-driven mindset.
- Exceptional implementation and follow-through abilities, coupled with advanced communication skills and exemplary writing samples, are highly desirable.
