Person Specification
Applicants must have at least 5 Ordinary level passes including English Language and Mathematics a Higher National Diploma in Accounting/Accounting diploma or a full professional qualification such as CIS; CPA; ACCA or CIMA. At least one year working experience in an accounting or auditing environment is a requirement. Applicants should possess good oral and written communication skills, be computer literate, ability to work in a team, to quickly grasp concepts and ability to work with deadlines and without close supervision.

Duties
Performing combinations of routine calculations and verifications on primary financial data;
Checking figures, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper coding;
Recording, storing and analyzing financial information;
Comparing computer print outs to the manually maintained records;
Compiling statistical, financial, accounting and auditing tables pertaining to areas that will be under audit review;
Classifying and recording numerical and financial data;
Performing any other relevant duties that may be assigned by Head of Department

Applicants must have at least five (5) Ordinary Level passes including English Language and Mathematics. The applicant must also have a Degree in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent and have at least two (2) years post qualification experience at a supervisory or managerial level. Incumbent should have excellent sales skills; well groomed, knowledge of cost controls as well as revenue generations strategy. A clean Class Four (4) Driver’s License is a requirement.

Duties
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for preparation of the Food and Beverage Budget, Supervising inventory and all service stocks, cost analysis, menu costing, preparation of monthly reports, setting controls, goals and sales targets for the Food and Beverage operations, marketing the restaurant, training of staff/ students on attachment, supervising the day to day operations of the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring cleanliness/ hygiene standards in the Hotel are maintained, controlling and analyzing quality of product and service to ensure guest satisfaction.
