Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Excellence
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head of ONR, the Operations Officer, and the ONR team.
- Ensure the seamless operation of ONR’s office, activities, and projects.
- Handle tasks related to project delivery, reports, filing systems, financial transactions, correspondence, and document management.
- Programme Support
- Assist the Head of ONR and project leads/managers in planning, executing, and implementing ONR’s programmes.
- Event Coordination
- Support the organization of conferences and workshops, including liaising with delegates for travel arrangements, booking conference facilities, and processing invoices.
- Contract Management
- Contribute to the preparation of contracts for consultants and procurement.
- Meeting and Workshop Management
- Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops, managing logistics and communication with suppliers and delegates.

Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- Secondary qualifications are equivalent to A-level.
- A minimum of three years experience in a similar role, preferably with an international dimension.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Financial transaction processing skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
Candidates with additional qualifications in office management or related fields will have an advantage.
