Job Vacancy: Invoicing Clerk / Service Advisor
We are a Repair and Manufacturing company looking to fill the position of Invoicing Clerk / Service Advisor.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is essential.
Qualifications:
- This position is strictly for a male-only work environment.
- Diploma in Accounting with knowledge of costing.
- Professional qualifications or experience in sales is advantageous.
- Experience in Purchasing is also an advantage.
- A degree in Sales and Purchasing is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Applicants must be aged between 30 and 45 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front office management, including reception duties.
- Preparing quotations and invoicing.
- Managing receiving and dispatching of goods.
- Ensuring accurate costing for all company products.
- Adhering to internal workshop systems to meet work-in-progress deadlines.
- Providing customer feedback regarding outstanding orders and liaising with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
