Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven record of safely operating and maneuvering vehicles.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, and fueling.

2. Warehouse and Logistics Assistant

Purpose of the Position: To plan and implement the livelihood component of the program, including community mobilization, beneficiary registration, livelihood training, and distribution of livelihood inputs.

Responsibilities:

1. Mobilize communities for program participation.
2. Select and register beneficiaries.
3. Facilitate livelihoods training.
4. Distribute livelihood inputs.
5. Create and manage distribution lists.
6. Conduct beneficiary follow-ups and provide extension support.
7. Compile reports on livelihood activities.
8. Collect Stories of Change.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 1 year of traceable experience in Community Development, particularly focusing on small livestock and climate-smart agriculture.
• Ability to work in challenging terrain and conditions, including riding a motorbike.
• Strong engagement skills with local leaders and beneficiaries.
• Commitment to humanitarian principles.

3. Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant

Purpose of the Position: To assist in the enumeration and data capture process, maintain beneficiary databases, support administration and financial processes, and contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing M&E data collection tools.
2. Participate in implementing M&E assessments, surveys, and process monitoring activities.
3. Collect data through interviews, questionnaires, focus group discussions, observations, and photography.
4. Support data cleaning and entry.
5. Update project databases for beneficiaries.
6. Compile and review monthly and donor-specific reports.
7. Participate in documenting and reviewing stories to communicate project impact.
8. Identify opportunities for program expansion and extension.
9. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Development Studies, or related fields.
• A certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of traceable experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.

4. Project Officer

Purpose of the Position: To oversee the effective and efficient implementation of humanitarian, livelihoods, and development projects, including planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on program activities.
