- BSC / BEng / BTech / National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
| The Appointee should: |

- Have the DMRE Acceptance Letter.
- Have proof of verification of your subjects from the DMRE.
- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Care Centre.
- Beneficiaries of the Internship programme will receive a 2-years fixed-term employment contract to complete their Annexure E and if successful then an extension to obtain the GCC.
