ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks the services of a Finance and Administration Director in Zimbabwe. The Finance and Administration (F&A) Director is responsible for planning and oversight of all financial, human resources (HR), and logistics operations of ICAP offices in Zimbabwe.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience in financial and operations management; full-time local accounting or financial management experience, including budgeting and supervision of staff. Also required is an experience in developing and implementing operating procedures for donor-funded activities related to HR, travel, procurement, and financial management. The SI Director will provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the M&E project team at the country level for ICAP’s Community and Facility HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment Services for Epidemic Control.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 7+ years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of large-scale international health or development projects, with proven capacity in building and managing a diverse team of technical and support staff.
