Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) has an exciting opportunity for 3 Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability graduates.

The purpose of this program is to expose unemployed graduates with the necessary qualifications to workplace practices for a period of twelve (12) months. In addition, it will develop competencies in the Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability environment, in order to increase their employment prospects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Outputs and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:

Provides administrative support to the PACS team

Assist in coordinating projects and events

Support the team in managing internal and external communications

Support implementation plans for organisational and employee engagement efforts

Support internal customers with communication efforts

Support with the development of employee communication materials

Provide support in the development of content for social media platforms

Skills and Abilities:

Good analytical and numerical ability

Able to build relationships

A team player with the ability to work independently

Good problem solving ability, solutions oriented and can be innovative

Self-discipline and well organised

Ability to work under pressure and handle a demanding work environment

Be open to mentoring by experienced professionals

Support in planning, communication, presentations for corporate events

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications:

Degree specialising in Corporate Communications, Public Relations or Project Management

Experience:

Preference will be given to South African Citizens

0 – 1 year work experience and should be a recent graduate
