Be the Company’s First Impression: Front Desk Receptionist
Are you a people person with a knack for organization?
We’re looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome visitors: Greet and register customers, suppliers, and others, directing them to the appropriate person or location.
- Master the phones: Answer calls professionally, transfer them when needed, and capture messages for timely delivery.
- Provide basic information: Be prepared to answer general questions about the company.
- Keep things organized: Assist with scheduling meeting rooms and maintaining a tidy and professional front desk area.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in front desk reception, customer service, or administrative assistance (a plus!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You’ll interact with a variety of people, so a friendly and professional demeanour is key.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Language skills: Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
