Job Description: Field Assistant
The Field Assistant will support our company’s field operations for energy supply and environmental optimization projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with field management, and data collection, and ensuring that all project activities are conducted smoothly and in compliance with both company policies and regulatory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the field management team in daily operations, including installation, maintenance, and inspections.
- Collect and accurately record field data to ensure timely reporting.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the environmental impact of project sites to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Help operate and maintain equipment to ensure it functions properly.
- Communicate with the project team and provide regular updates on site progress.
- Assist in managing field logistics, including receiving and distributing materials.
- Contribute to field safety management, ensuring that all operations adhere to safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or higher; a degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of fieldwork or related experience, preferably in energy or environmental projects.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, with physical strength and adaptability.
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to operate and maintain field equipment.
