Internship Responsibilities
Under the guidance of an Economic Affairs Officer at SRO-SA, interns will actively contribute to technical assistance projects’ implementation. Responsibilities encompass various tasks, including:
- Project Planning: Developing and updating project activity calendars with timelines.
- Workshop Preparation: Creating essential documents and notes for planned workshops and meetings.
- Event Organization: Assisting in organizing events, from drafting invitations to identifying panelists.
- Meeting Support: Servicing meetings by taking notes and drafting speeches or statements.
- Consultant Recruitment: Aiding in selecting and recruiting consultants for project outputs.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting research on inclusive industrialization and MSMEs.
- Database Development: Assisting in establishing and maintaining relevant databases.
- Partnership Mobilization: Contributing to strategic partnership efforts for the office.
Requirements for Internship
To qualify for this enriching experience, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a graduate or undergraduate program.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in standard software applications.
- Cultural Competence: Able to interact effectively with diverse individuals and viewpoints.
