Assists in the installation of electrical power plants and associated equipment in the mobile network, offices and shops.
Assists in maintaining and updating records, system drawings, and station files so as to ensure traceable records for all activities.
Qualifications and Experience
5 Ordinary Level Passes including English and Mathematics.
National Certificate in Electrical Power Engineering.
Trade-tested skilled worker class three (Minimum) up to class one journeyman certificate.
Three years experience in electrical power system maintenance with knowledge of control systems, distribution systems, UPS, rectifiers, generators and ATS.
Telecommunications Sector knowledge is an added advantage.
Clean class four (4) driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience and a valid defensive driving certificate.
Competencies
Knowledge of maintenance procedures.
