Job Description: We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the role of Voucher Examiner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide essential voucher management services for all subscribed ICASS agencies and offer administrative support to the Financial Management Center.
- Perform daily tasks that involve reviewing a variety of vendor payments, ranging from simple to complex, ensuring accuracy, legality, compliance with regulations, and proper justification.
- Prepare voucher packages for certification.
- Work closely with the PSU and Post Certifying Officer to ensure only correct, legal, and appropriate vouchers are forwarded for certification, ensuring all necessary supporting documents and correct computations are in place.
- Duties may rotate and include tasks outlined under the Voucher Examiner’s Major Duties and Responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to obtain and hold a security certificate.
- All selected candidates will undergo a background investigation and may be required to complete a pre-employment medical examination.
- The selected candidate must be able to begin working within 4 weeks of receiving agency authorization or clearances, or their candidacy may be terminated.

- Experience: A minimum of four years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping is required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary Education.
