A leading manufacturing company based in Harare, Zimbabwe, is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Training Coordinators (2 Positions)
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to meet the needs of a diverse workforce, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Design, plan, and execute effective training sessions, managing all logistics.
- Maintain and update training records, including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
- Prepare and distribute training materials such as instructional notes, feedback forms, and educational resources.
- Ensure compliance of training materials with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage training schedules, track training expirations, and ensure proper delivery of training certificates.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Candidates should be under 35 years of age.
- Clean Class 4 Driver’s License required.

2. Human Resources Administrator
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records and employee information.
- Oversee new employee onboarding, prepare offer documents, and conduct orientation sessions.
- Track and record employee leaves, including sick and maternity leave.
- Update and present reports on KPIs such as turnover rates and departmental hires.
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information on leaves and benefits.
- Schedule job interviews, screen candidates, and manage the shortlisting process.
- Administer performance management programs, including monitoring appraisals and salary reviews.
- Provide training and development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company is essential.
- Candidates should be under 35 years of age.
- Clean Driver’s License required.

Department: Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fault finding and maintenance on machinery.
- Ensure proper management and control of all tools and relevant consumables.
- Plan and execute various maintenance projects.
- Oversee the general maintenance of unused machines.
- Regularly review the production line to ensure optimal effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Class 1 certification as a Fitter and Turner.
- Candidates should be under 35 years of age.
- The role reports directly to the Mechanical Supervisor.

4. Sales Representative
Department: Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, conduct product demonstrations, and handle objections.
