- A Diploma in Marketing / Digital Marketing or a related discipline
- Prior work experience as a marketing assistant or in a related role

The incumbent should possess the following qualifications:
- A master’s degree qualification as a minimum (Risk Management)
- A degree in Risk Management or equivalent
- 10 years’ experience of which 7 years must be at Senior Managerial level.
- In addition, membership of a professional body (Institute of Risk Management or any other relevant body in risk management) is required.

- Must be a holder of a recognized Bachelor of Accountancy degree.
- Must be a Registered Public Accountant (RPAccZ), registered with the Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB) Zimbabwe.
- Three (3) years experience working as an Accounting Officer or working in an Accounts department.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy.
- Proficiency in Sage Pastel Accounting packages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principles
- Good time management abilities
- Good critical reasoning abilities.

- Master’s in Educational Policy Studies, Curriculum and Instructional Studies or Educational Planning and Policy Studies or Educational Leadership and Management, or Higher Education Management.
- Bachelor of Education in the following areas: Instructional Studies or Educational Planning and Policy Studies or Educational Leadership and Management, or Higher and Tertiary Education.
- A qualification in Statistics or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
- 5 years teaching experience in a university.
- Experience as a peer reviewer and/or a curriculum/programme developer and reviewer will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of internal and external quality assurance procedures and processes in higher education is essential.
- Ability to analyse completed self-assessment instruments from institutions and to produce reports from the instruments.
- Ability to analyse reports from peer reviewers and produce reports.
- Competency in mixed methods research will be an added advantage.
- Be result-oriented and familiar with the Integrated Results Based Management system.
