Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Essential: University degree in life science, medicine, or medical virology from an accredited/recognized institute. Certified training or qualification in molecular biology, virology, bacteriology, infectious diseases, epidemiology, and laboratory techniques.
- Desirable: Master’s degree in public health or a related health field, or an advanced university degree (Master’s level or above) in life science, medicine, or medical virology from an accredited/recognized institute.
Experience:
- Essential: At least five years of practical experience in managing laboratory services and diagnosing communicable diseases at national and international levels. Some experience in outbreaks and/or health emergency response with global impact.
- Desirable: Experience in establishing or improving laboratory infrastructure for microbiology and infectious disease detection. Experience in planning and implementing laboratory training at national and regional levels. Previous experience in UN organizations, health cluster partners, recognized humanitarian organizations, or international institutions, particularly in developing countries.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Essential: First-level university degree in nursing, medicine, pharmacy, laboratory science, microbiology, or epidemiology. Certified training in infection prevention and control (IPC) from an accredited/recognized institute is an added advantage.
- Desirable: Master’s level degree in IPC or a related field. Training in a clinical care discipline and IPC courses.
Experience:
- Essential: At least five years of experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating infection prevention and control policies, procedures, and tools in low-resource settings, outbreaks, and/or health emergency response. Experience in managing resources and working effectively in a multi-stakeholder international environment, including collaboration with national authorities.
- Desirable: Experience in evaluating novel diagnostic assays for emergency use authorization during outbreak response. Previous experience in UN organizations, health cluster partners, recognized humanitarian organizations, or non-governmental organizations, particularly in developing countries.

- Essential: University degree in a health-related field, management, emergency, humanitarian, disaster management, or a related field from an accredited/recognized institute.
- Desirable: Advanced university degree in a health-related field, management, emergency, humanitarian, disaster management, or a related field from an accredited/recognized institute. Specialized training in emergency management, public health, epidemiology, and humanitarian response.
Experience:
- Essential: At least 2 years of experience in emergency management and operations, with a proven track record in emergency response. Substantial experience in supporting outbreak response and promoting collaborative partnerships in the district health system.
- Desirable: Relevant work experience in WHO, other UN agencies, or non-governmental/humanitarian organizations. Experience in developing countries.

- Essential: First university degree in information or data management, computer sciences, statistics, applied math, or public health, complemented by training in databases development and/or management from an accredited/recognized institute.
- Desirable: Postgraduate degree in public health, qualitative surveillance, or statistics.
Experience:
- Essential: At least two years of relevant experience at national and international levels in data and/or information management, including experience in emergency operations or humanitarian contexts.
- Desirable: Prior experience in emergency disaster and health outbreak response or humanitarian work at the field level, with WHO/UN agencies, health cluster partners, recognized humanitarian organizations, or international non-governmental organizations.
Required Qualifications:

- Essential: Degree in Medicine with additional training in a clinical discipline or infectious disease management from an accredited/recognized institute.
- Desirable: Master’s level degree in a clinical discipline.
Experience:
- Essential: At least 5 years of relevant experience at the national and international levels in Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) Case Management/IPC, with significant exposure to EVD outbreak situations.
- Desirable: Prior humanitarian work experience at the field level, with WHO, other UN agencies, or relevant non-governmental/humanitarian organizations. Experience in working in developing countries.
