Healthy Family Support Practitioner (Chelmsford or Maldon)
Healthy Family Support Practitioner Role
- To work with children, young people, and their families, on a one-to-one or group basis, using a variety of interventions, to identify needs and to achieve positive outcomes.
- To work in partnership with parents/carers to empower them to achieve better outcomes with their children and young people.
- To work co-operatively with children’s services, health agencies, and other community-based services, to provide the most effective service for children young people, and families.
- Undertake developmental and health reviews of children at key stages of their life.
- Deliver targeted one-to-one or group-based interventions.

Specialist Case Worker (Girls and Young Women affected by violence)
About the role
We are looking for a motivated, driven Specialist Case Worker (Girls and Young Women affected by violence) to join our amazing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to play an integral role in improving the lives of young Londoners, their families, peers, and communities.
Core responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to:
- Delivering effective one-to-one support to children, young people and their families in line with the Safer London model of work in collaboration with young Londoners so that their voice is centered, and they receive the required support to meet their individual assessed needs
- Work in a manner which honors our organisational values and is responsive to the trauma and experiences young Londoners, families and communities experience
- Carry out robust risk assessments and strengths-based needs assessments, ensuring safeguarding is the priority, to ensure the most appropriate intervention is offered and risks are managed and escalated appropriately.
- Maintain essential records accurately ensuring high-quality case recording.
- Complete reports (which may be shared with statutory bodies such as the police, courts, children’s social care and can be shared with the family) that accurately reflect the work undertaken in a professional manner.To Apply Click HERE
Specialist Navigator (Child Sexual Abuse)
About the role
We are looking for a motivated, driven, experienced CSA Specialist Navigator to join our amazing team. In this role you will provide short-term intervention to support children, young people, and their nonabusive parents or carers who have been affected by current/historical child sexual abuse. This includes child sexual abuse within the family, sexual abuse perpetrated outside of the family and/or including child sexual exploitation. One of the key responsibilities will be traveling across Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Bromley, Bexley, and Greenwich to deliver outreach sessions and attend CSA medicals.

Development Practitioner (Place-based Interventions)
About the role
Safer London is a case study area within the Innovate Project. This post will be charged with developing – alongside Senior Managers – interventions with places so that they align with and work alongside other support offered in extra- and intra- familial contexts, particularly one-to-one and peer group interventions. The practitioner will also test and deliver the work to create safer places. The children and young people worked with will include those affected by sexual exploitation, child criminal exploitation, youth violence and sexual abuse perpetrated outside of the family.
