- Duties And ResponsibilitiesProfessionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
- Clerical support departments (filing, photocopying, typing)
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information, files, etc.
- Schedule appointments, and maintain records between doctors and patients.
- Communicate with relevant departments on booking
- Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism
- Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.
- Assist with admissions as per agreed protocols.
- Communicate medical results to the medical staff
Qualifications And Experience
- HND / Diploma Secretarial Studies
- 2 years Experience in a similar position
- Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong administrative and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills

- Rehab Technician
Duties
- The management of clubfoot using the Ponsetti method.
- The application of back slabs and plaster of Paris.
- Training of patients on how to use mobility aides which would have been prescribed for their condition.
- Provide a range of physical treatments within their scope of practice to resolve, restore or maintain a physical condition as prescribed by the physiotherapist.
- Assisting the physiotherapist in procedures that require multiple personnel to handle the patient.
- Adhere to established standard patient care, treatment protocols, and documentation.
- Ensure patient needs and progress are communicated to the physiotherapist as appropriate
- Maintain accurate treatment notes which give a clinical record of the treatment intervention given.
- Demonstrate ongoing personal development by undergoing relevant CPD activities as may be organised inside and outside the hospital.
- Report any malfunction of equipment to the appropriate individual as soon as possible.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Physiotherapist.
Minimum Education Required
Certificate/Diplomafrom Marondera Rehabilitation Technicians Training School. Current licensure with the Medical Rehabilitation Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe.
Experience Required
2 years experience in a rehabilitation facility
