Grants Communications Officer
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- A relevant degree in the field of Communications, Development Studies
- At least three years professional experience in a communications role at a non-profit Organisation.
- Demonstrated understanding of programming process and reporting abilities Excellent content creating skills (photography, videography, graphic design).
- Ability to create content for various internal and external platforms including social media, success stories, reports and factsheets
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, plan and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is preferred and at least one other local language.

ICT Team Lead
Required Education, Knowledge and Qualifications
- Degree in information technology or related fields (computer science; information science; software engineering, business administration), a Master’s degree in Engineering with additional IT qualifications will be an added advantage
- Over 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience, 2 of which should be at management level (managing an IT department)
- ITIL certification, Project Management (PMP or Prince2), Microsoft and Cisco certifications Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills for a complex and federated international organization
- Experience in strategy formulation, implementation and tracking
- Excellent analytical and management skills.
- Experience in developing and managing information technology budgets
- Sound understanding of computer systems, software, networks in a hybrid computing environment (both on-premise and cloud).
- Experience in managing teams and building relationships with people at a variety of levels.
- Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver one or more IT project(s) on time and within budget

Education Program Facilitator
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
A minimum of a Degree in Education or any equivalent.
Knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies, educational system, national curricula, etc. Actual teaching experience will be highly valued.
Computer literacy in Lotus Notes, Word and Excel packages is desirable.
Project management skills: activities planning and reporting especially educational.
At least two-year experience in community development work.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and willing to learn and be led by Supervisors.
