GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAMME
An exciting opportunity is available for motivated, ambitious, and talented young individuals to join the Graduate Traineeship Programme at First Mutual Holdings Limited. We are seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for a two-year training program in the following disciplines:
- Actuarial Science
- Insurance and Risk Management
- Mathematics / Statistics
- Data Science and Analytics
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsibilities will be assigned by the employer.
Qualifications and Experience
- A strong academic record, with a minimum of an upper second-class (2.1) degree.
- Degree must have been obtained within the last three years.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High adaptability.
- Candidates must be 25 years old or younger.

- Effective time management skills.
- A strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
